Yes! Ensuring that our pieces arrive to you in sustainable packaging is an important part of our business model. We use a variety of packaging types, from recycled, reuseable and biodegradable materials to get your items to you. To learn more, please visit our Packaging Page.

There are two reasons that you may not have received your free shipping code:

1. You are already subscribed to our newsletter and therefore have already received our free shipping code when you first subscribed.

2. There may have been a glitch with our email list welcome message.

If you don't receive your free shipping code, please send us an email and we will sort this out with you. Please note that the free shipping code only works on your first purchase.

We'd be happy to! Each package comes with a handwritten thank you letter. We can direct this letter to your intended receiver and note that it is a gift from you. Simply add a message at checkout or email at orders@bellantoni.ca.

If you are curious about the feel or weight of a particular fabric, send us an email at orders@bellantoni.ca and we can arrange to ship you a free fabric sample!

Shipping

Orders In Stock: All orders that are listed as “in stock” will be shipped out within 2-4 business days. This gives us time to do another round of quality control, handwrite you a note, package your item and bring it to the mailbox.

Made To Order: All orders that are Made-To-Order will be shipped out 7-14 business days after purchasing, depending on the item. This gives us time to cut, sew and package your item. Smaller accessories are often shipped out quicker than full garments.

Please visit our Shipping Policy to see how long the package will take to arrive after it is shipped out from our Vancouver location. This varies depending on your location.

WITHIN CANADA

$2.50 Small Packet Standard Shipping: Standard letter shipping. No tracking number. Estimated 2-8 business days depending on where you live in Canada.

$10 Express Flat Rate: Xpresspost / Expedited Parcel. Tracking number & card slip included. Estimated 1-3 business days for non-remote locations in Canada. Estimated 5-8 days for remote locations in Canada. Free shipping codes are not applicable for this shipping option when ordering smaller accessories.

$15 Small Packet Shipping: Tracked PacketTM - USA. Tracking number included. Estimated 4-7 business days for non-remote locations in USA. Free shipping codes are not applicable for USA shipping options. Custom fees may apply. BELLANTONI is not responsible for any custom or duty fees you may incur.

$18 Flat Rate: Tracked PacketTM - USA. Tracking number included. Estimated 4-7 business days for non-remote locations in USA. Free shipping codes are not applicable for USA shipping options. Custom fees may apply. BELLANTONI is not responsible for any custom or duty fees you may incur.

We currently have Tracked Packet International Shipping available for Australia, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Packages can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to arrive after being shipped.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any custom fees or duty fees you may incur.

We offer local pickup in Vancouver, BC. We will send you an email with the pickup details once your order is complete.

Returns

All of our clothing items are available for exchange, return or refund.

We do not accept an exchange, return or refund for our accessories including scrunchies, masks or and gift wraps for hygienic reasons..

All of our accessories, including scrunchies and non-medical masks, are final sale. This is due to hygienic reasons.

All clearance items are also final sale.

You must email us at orders@bellantoni.ca within 14 days of receiving your garment in the mail.

The garment(s) must be in clean, unworn condition with tags attached. Please let us know in the email whether you would like to exchange for a different size or item, or if you would like to simply return the item for a full refund. We do not accept Final Sale items for return or exchange.

Please reuse your polymailer when sending your garment(s) back to us.

If you are sending a garment back for an exchange, we will pay for the new item to be shipped to you; however, you will be responsible for paying for the original package’s return.

No. You must make your exchange or return at the same place that you purchased the product.

If you made an online order with us, you can only exchange or return your clothing item online with us.

If you purchased one of our pieces with one of our stockists, you must check their exchange and return policy.

Holiday Shopping

During the holiday season, we recommend ordering before the following dates, as we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive before Dec. 24, 2021:

Local within BC: December 15 (Expedited Parcels)

Canada: December 10 (Expedited Parcels)

USA: November 29 (Tracked Packet)

International: November 15 (Tracked Packet)

Please note that shipping companies, such as Canada Post, are overly busy during the holidays and BC has been struggling with the aftermath of floods, so the listed lead times may vary depending on these factors. We do not guarantee any listed lead times and recommend ordering as early as possible.

Yes! We understand that you might be purchasing some of our pieces as gifts during the holidays. That is why we offer an extended return and exchange policy until January. 1, 2022 for all clothing orders purchased after November 15, 2021 with exceptions.

Exceptions: This only applies to clothing items. All accessories, masks, and scrunchies are final sale due to hygienic reasons. The same rules apply with a regular return, only the date is extended.

Yes! We will be available to arrange a local pickup time with you if you order before December 17. Our pickup times are often Mon-Fri, but we will coordinate with you directly once your package is ready for pickup.
