SHIPPING DETAILS

In Stock: All orders that are listed as “in stock” will be shipped out within 1-5 business days. This gives us time to do another round of quality control, handwrite you a note, package your item and bring it to the mailbox.

Made To Order: All orders that are Made-To-Order will be shipped out within 7-14 business days after purchase, depending on the item and order quantity. This gives us time to cut, sew and package your item. Smaller accessories are often shipped out quicker than full garments.

WITHIN CANADA

$2.50 Small Packet Shipping: Standard letter shipping. No tracking number. Estimated 2-8 business days depending on where you live in Canada.

$10 Flat Rate: Xpresspost / Expedited Parcel. Tracking number, card slip included and up to $100 insurance included. Estimated 1-3 business days for non-remote locations in Canada. Estimated 5-8 days for remote locations in Canada. Free shipping codes are not applicable for this shipping option when ordering smaller accessories.

WITHIN THE USA

$15 Small Packet Shipping: Tracked PacketTM - USA. Tracking number included. Estimated 4-7 business days for non-remote locations in USA. Free shipping codes are not applicable for USA shipping options. Custom fees may apply. BELLANTONI is not responsible for any custom or duty fees you may incur.

$18 Flat Rate: Tracked PacketTM - USA. Tracking number included. Estimated 4-7 business days for non-remote locations in USA. Free shipping codes are not applicable for USA shipping options. Custom fees may apply. BELLANTONI is not responsible for any custom or duty fees you may incur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently have Tracked Packet International Shipping available for Australia, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Packages may take up to 3-5 weeks to arrive after being shipped.

Don’t see shipping to your country? We are currently doing international shipping upon request. Send us an email at orders@bellantoni.ca and we will coordinate the shipping with you!

DURING THE HOLIDAYS

During the holiday season, we recommend ordering before the following dates, as we cannot guarantee your shipment will arrive before Dec. 24, 2021:

Local within BC: December 15

Canada: December 12

USA: December 7

International: November 25

Please note that shipping companies, such as Canada Post, are overly busy during the holidays, and listed lead times may vary depending on this factor. We do not guarantee any listed lead times and recommend ordering as early as possible.

Local Pickup During the Holidays: December 18
