Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at orders@bellantoni.ca and let us know why you are making the return/exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will provide you with the shipping address, and you will be required to pay for the return shipment. If you are making an exchange, you will only be responsible for paying for the returned item shipment.

Please reuse your recycled polymailer when sending your garment(s) back to us.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If possible, please provide us with a photograph of the damaged good and we will do our best to make the issue right.

FINAL SALE

All of our accessories, including scrunchies, headbands and non-medical masks, will be final sale due to hygienic reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

We understand that you might be purchasing some of our pieces as gifts during the holidays. That is why we are extending our return and exchange policy to January 1, 2022 for all clothing orders purchased after November 15, 2021. This only applies to clothing items. All accessories, masks, scrunchies and furoshiki wraps are final sale due to hygienic reasons. The same rules apply with a regular return, only the date is extended.
